What kind of juicer? When researching juicers, I went to my favorite source, the place I started with my information, gerson.org for their Guide to Juicers.  Here’s a brief overview of the types of juicers. (NOTE: READ THE WHOLE LIST!) Centrifugal Juicers.  The juicers you see everywhere today are mostly these.   The Gerson Institute does not recommend these for any use & lists them as UNSUITABLE on their site.  According to the Gerson Institute, these juicers “expose the juice to heat and oxygen, killing off the essential healing enzymes in the juice.  These juicers have difficulty juicing leafy greens [and] more produce is required to make less juice.” (source) According to my research: these use more produce (more expensive in long run) the heat kills healing ...

Lees Summit MO Senior Photography

I am sooo close to launching my new site…I can taste it! Here is a preview! I’m working on my new Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, RSS and email subscription feeds also! I haven’t felt right about blogging photography things on FITori BLOG and I haven’t felt right about posting my fitness/nutrition/health things here since I know my clients are coming here for info. I can’t wait to have it all separated as it should be!  I’ll be launching by spring for sure but hopefully I’ll have the new site done and launched by the end of January!!! I can’t wait! Thank you everyone for your support!

As I start to shoot more weddings I realize I don’t have a need for TWO Kelly Moore Libby bags anymore!
