I am Tori and welcome to my Blog!

I am a wife to FIThubby and a momma to a very active golden retriever, FIToby. I work full-time and travel with my job at an insurance company. I am currently finishing my Masters of Science in Management (will be completed in November 2010!) And, I am studying to get my certification in Nutrition & Wellness to start my business in health consulting. I am a busy girl but THIS is what I love!

This blog is about my passions - fitness and nutrition!

This blog turned out to be a great place for me to document my fitness journey. I started bulking in Jan 2009 and later began to cut for a May 2010 competition. That was the hardest and best experience of my life! YOU followed me through the experience.

This blog is not just about fitness and nutrition.  I also blog about things that motivate and inspire me, as well as things that make me happy, sad or angry. I share with you what I love and learn along the way.

I want this blog to be...Inspiration for a balanced and happy life....in health, fitness, home, relationships and within yourself.
