Project 52: 29 | We Moved!

So we made it! We traveled during the last week of July to our new home! Well, our new “home” but our “home” is being built! And, they haven’t even broken ground yet so we’ll be in “limbo” until Christmas it looks like Boo! We are really hoping for FITbaby’s first Christmas in our new house! But, you never know! It was supposed to be Thanksgiving but now with all the storms here, we’re looking at Christmas. So, we took a 9.5 hour drive with a 3 week old baby across the country. Project 52: 28 | Laundry

I haven’t used my fancy camera enough lately! I haven’t done one photoshoot with my FITbaby girl since she was born! Sad! I will though! I have a plan to….still thinking through WHERE but I have the blankets, hat, Fuzzibunz etc for it. I just need a location! These were taken on my iPhone as are most of my photos these days. It’s just easier. I can grab my iPhone and try to capture the moment. I can’t get to my fancy camera in time to capture a shot. So, many of these pics may be taken with my iPhone. Project 52: 27 | My Little Firecracker!

She was born a few days before my birthday and the Fourth of July. If we hadn’t induced I think she would have arrived on July 2, 3 or 4th! She’s My Little Firecracker! [Thanks Anne for the onesie!!!] As I looked for a photo from this week for this post I was surprised at my reservation to post certain photos of her…….protective mommy worrying about her baby’s photos and the BIG BAD INTERNET. Project 52: 26 | FITbaby Birthday!

This is the only photo I took of my FITbaby that first day. It was her first bath and daddy was giving it to her. She was holding onto his finger. I wasn’t moving around too much yet so, this was taken from my bed, with little movement. I’ll share many of the other pics of that day soon…our doula and my hubby took them. I have a lot of baby, pregnancy, and labor and delivery posts coming AND I’ve been working on my birth story to share also! Does anyone care about my birth plan also to prepare for childbirth? Project 52: 25 | Before things changed forever…

I’m trying to catch up on my Project 52 posts! Sorry so late! I was busy having a FITbaby! Toward the end of my pregnancy, it was harder and harder to lean down to get the photos I wanted so….I didn’t. I stopped trying to take pictures because, well, I stopped trying to bend over….if at all possible. I’m simply amazed at the change once the FITbaby was on the outside of my belly how much easier it is to move and get things done…even after pushing a pumpkin out of my privates! Project 52: 24 | Bloopers

Who doesn’t like a good blooper? These pics are out of focus and out of frame, but they’re fun. I thought I’d share since I haven’t really felt like picking up my camera. I haven’t really felt like bending down to get the right angle for a good shot these days. I do have some great ideas for posts but I’m feeling uninspired by where we live right now (temporary for the next month) and I’m not feeling like GOING to find a good location (with it being 107 degrees and moving around being difficult!!).
