Many of you have asked me for a while to post on workout nutrition. What do I eat before and after I workout, if anything?! Well the answer is…..IT DEPENDS!!! What are your goals? Are you trying to gain muscle? lose fat? get healthy? stay healthy? Your nutrition and workouts depend on your goal. What was your workout today? Lately I have been hesitant to complete posts because I am in the process of getting my Nutrition Certifications and I know that I’ll be learning more about these topics soon. BUT, I’ve decided I will post as I learn and things will get amended and my blog will grow as I grow and you can learn with me! I guess, generally speaking, we are all learning and growing. Science is evolving and there is a lot we still do not know about nutrition, fitness, health, disease and weight loss!
