Back to life….working today and back to a routine of sorts. It’s a brand new year and my New Year’s Resolutions began many weeks ago. I’m still on track and doing well with my new diet, workout and plan to compete this year! Skipped another workout today…let the ‘blues’ get the best of me today with my family troubles. I just felt sad today.
