P!nk – A Fitness Inspiration

P!nk at 2010 Grammys P!nk obviously works hard for her physique and I love her muscular look. She has some muscular size and I think it’s a beautiful look. She’s an inspiration to me. I’d love to know more about what she does to get in and stay in shape! She says she has a bit of an on-season when she’s on tour and her off-season is when she’s not on tour. She has to train for her acts, which is very physical also! She uses P90x people!!!!! But she says she has an easy time putting on size! She says she has been running and doing yoga lately because she was starting to get too bulky from P90x. I was glad to know that ...

Keith Urban: Defying Gravity

Another great album out yesterday is Keith Urban….I went to his concert last year (Thanks, Dana) and it was GREAT!!! This album is AMAZING like all of his other albums!!! I have so much new music to listen to….I’m so excited!!!!with Dana at the Keith Urban concert this time in 2008Dana looks fabulous while I’m sweating up a storm! This is the day after I cut all my hair off!!!I really shouldn’t look at these pics b/c when I do, I really really want to cut off my hair again…THAT SHORT!
