P!nk at 2010 Grammys

P!nk obviously works hard for her physique and I love her muscular look. She has some muscular size and I think it’s a beautiful look.  She’s an inspiration to me. I’d love to know more about what she does to get in and stay in shape! She says she has a bit of an on-season when she’s on tour and her off-season is when she’s not on tour.  She has to train for her acts, which is very physical also!

She uses P90x people!!!!! But she says she has an easy time putting on size!  She says she has been running and doing yoga lately because she was starting to get too bulky from P90x.  I was glad to know that she mutes her DVDs too…I find them REALLY annoying the more you do them.  The commentary is SO annoying when you’re hearing it for the 3rd time, in my opinion.

She also has training as a gymnast so she has that to fall back on and probably is a reason for some of her size.

Along with being an artist, she’s also an athlete.  She’s impressive. The grammy performance was sung live while working with silk as a trapeze!

I LOVE this song! Since the first time I heard this song, it’s made me happy! I used to listen to it during my last job when I was miserable and remember why I was working so hard….for my husband, our future, and our future “little blond haired” children.

Now that my BFF has had her first baby, Baby Caroline, I am in love with this kid and I haven’t even met her yet. Now this song makes me teary…yes, me!…me who never cries!! I still see myself in the movie playing in my head, but instead I’m teary seeing Caroline as the “little blond haired” kid and my BFF and hubby as the two “dancing in the living room”. So, I’m sure it’ll make my BFF teary, since I’m hearing she’s crying at Walmart commercials including mom & daughter.

I love Gavin Degraw and a new album came out yesterday….it doesn’t disappoint. It’s as beautiful as his last two. Check it out on iTunes….it’s beautiful music. His piano playing is amazing.
