I have to go shopping now.
Who doesn’t remember that line from Pretty Woman??!! (Please don’t even tell me if you don’t. Just go rent the movie before you embarrass yourself further in life by not having seen it!!) 
My point with this post is to remind you (and myself) how GREAT it feels to go to the mall and shop for clothes and have to go DOWN a size!
How great is it to try on that dress that looked fabulous on the hanger and it looks even better on you?
How great is it to try on a dress that just doesn’t fit right but instead of hating yourself for being fat, you can laugh! Laugh that it doesn’t fit you, not because you’re fat, just because it doesn’t fit you…or because you now have an athletic build and things fit you differently.
Love your body!
I’m hoping this will remind you why you’re eating healthy today or turn you around if you haven’t done so well today.
Health is the goal, for sure! But, it sure is nice to go shopping and feel good in your clothes!! What freedom!
