Haha–when I first saw your post, I was like–no she didn’t get 6th place at Arnold! My trainer’s wife did! But then I checked, and Monica did Figure while Shannon did Fitness at Arnold.

Shannon Meteraud is her name, and my trainer is Tres Bennet. He’s down here in Charleston. She is such an inspiration because a lot of times we work out together at the same time, and she looks absolutely amazing!

So jealous you get to work out with a pro who's in my magazines!!!! I am doing metabolic work on top of my regular lifting and Cardio…it rocks!!! I think it was the cable squat & row that made me so sore…different movement! It's fabulous!
