No Cravings, No Bake Protein Squares (By Lisa Rousseau)
Makes 20 (approx 30g each)
Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups quick cooking oats (I used Old Fashioned)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup water
‘
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spread into an 8″ x 8″ wax-paper-lined pan. Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
Nutrition Facts (approx 30 g per serving…use your food scale to weigh each serving and package once frozen. Exact facts will vary based on the exact ingredients you use, i.e. peanut butter brand)

I divide all of our snack foods into individual portions. See below. I weighed each bar to approx 30g each on my food scale and bagged them. Then I put all the baggies into a tupperware to stack nicely in the fridge. Now, when it’s time for a snack, we know that 1 bar is approx 100 calories and if we decide to go back for more, we know exactly what we’re eating. Most of us underestimate how much we eat during the day….if you’re underestimating at each meal…that can add up throughout the day!
*** I think I’ll add raisins next time I make these. It will add more sugar, carbs and calories, but will taste amazing! ***
