Full Fitness & Nutrition Plans
I believe in picking a plan and sticking to it. Just try it. 90 days? Just do it. There are so many different theories, ideas, plans, tricks, fads out there. Just pick a legitimate plan with a food plan and workout plan [workouts must include some form of weights even if it’s body weight resistance, in my opinion] and just do it! Or join a Crossfit Gym!
